Most of my diet is fresh or frozen food, but I would like to make a two week
dry storage of low carb foods. Any suggestions... besides canned green
beans?

While in the store shopping for some low carb food, I saw a box of pasta
that said 5 grams of net carbs. When I looked on the back it said 47
grams of carbs - 42 grams of DIGESTIBLE carbs = 5 grams of net carbs.

Well, well, well... both Danni and I had our appt's today.  Our 3month

Can anyone tell me if they think eczema can be associated  with Diabetes.
I have type 2 diabetes, and am off work with eczema. When I go back, I may
