At the gym today, had bp checked and it was 110/56 at 1030 immediately after
a good session on the mill and bicycle. Gym staff stopped exercise and

my eyes are sore, coz I had my once a year retinal photograpy done today.
that stuff put in my eyes to dilate the pupils stings, and i dislike that
intensely. now i gotta wait 3 weeks for the results to come back by post. i

I have just switched to using Splenda and it seems to spike my sugar level.

Hi, my nurse prescribed 8 units Apidril per meal times, but i find that 2
hours after a meal my BG reading is about 16.8

Well, I am going to start to do what I should be doing, concerning the

I went to TOPS last night and I was down 2.25 pounds, which is part of the
3.5 pounds that I put on last week.  Now unto getting the last pound and a

My Dr. just called with the results of my Lipids...I like this Dr it is 6:30
PM and she took the time to call me...most Dr's at the base have their Techs
do the calling.

The FDA has issued a warning regarding the masking of hypoglycemia by
the presence of several sugars other than glucose affecting some home
blood glucose testing strips.

I'm using an Ascensia Elite XL that says it's approved for "alternate site
testing".
I've tried my palm and forearm but 33ga lancets didn't draw any blood. I
picked up some 21ga and they left my arm and hand looking like I was
