I've been working out at my gym and playing around with lifting massively heavy weights (as in 23 of the 45 lb weights at one time with my legs - 1080 lbs including the carriage for the weights). Can that affect the diabetes type ii or my legs in a negative way?

my eyes are sore, coz I had my once a year retinal photograpy done today. that stuff put in my eyes to dilate the pupils stings, and i dislike that intensely. now i gotta wait 3 weeks for the results to come back by post. i never had the slightest problem before, so i don't ...

The Diabetes Educator asked me to keep a food diary. Being a geeky kind of guy I did a web search and found several computer programs that do this. I settled on Calorie King because it has both a PalmOS and Windows version and a fairly large food database. It works fairly well ...
