Is really (REALLY) heavy weight lifting bad for the Diabetes14 Nov 2005 20:26 GMT8
I've been working out at my gym and playing around with lifting massively

lbs including the carriage for the weights).
Can that affect the diabetes type ii or my legs in a negative way?
The basis of the US Medical System.14 Nov 2005 19:08 GMT1

Has anyone tried any of the NasoClear products.  If yes;  what were your
results?  Any impact on blood glucose, etc?

Anyone heard from Maggie Davey since she relocated?  Just wondering how
shes getting on and hoping things are going well for her up there in the
frozen wastelands ;)

After going to sleep clinic at the behest of my PA, I'm getting fitted
for a BiPAP machine.

Diet Diary software14 Nov 2005 03:14 GMT10
The Diabetes Educator asked me to keep a food diary. Being a geeky kind of
guy I did a web search and found several computer programs that do this. I
settled on Calorie King because it has both a PalmOS and Windows version and
a fairly large food database. It works fairly well ...
FDA Meter warning14 Nov 2005 02:59 GMT26
Some folks using meters made by Abbot Diabetes Care apparently require
an FDA warning to tell them not to confuse mg/dl and mmol/L.

Yesterday while at the checkout in Walmart, there was a
