I have sent the foillowing email to the Open University with copies to fellow students, tutor and course leader. Whether this has been wise, I don't know - I just know that it helps me to come to terms with the disappointment I feel.

I've been a bit lax this last week, both diet and testing wise. Been eating cinnamon-raisin bagels with normal jelly for breakfast. (One half at a time, 1 to 2 hours apart.) I have yet to *test* what this is doing to me :(
