I test my BG on Accucheck comfort curve with test strips and my readings are always between 100 - 106 but whenever I go for a lab test the readings are in the 80's . Why is this different ? Kam

I am getting constipated on account of 1500 grams of calcium a day with Vitamin-D . I am using Metformin for my diabetes . Can I use Psyllium for my constipation safely w/o any interaction with the diabetic drug Metformin . Otherwise Pl. suggest a safe fiber
