Our drug store which supply 90 days of medication has substituted
Glymepiride for Amaryl for my spouse to save on the cost of the
medication . Will there be any change in effectiveness of the generic
medicine as compared with brand drug ?

I test my BG on Accucheck comfort curve with test strips and
my readings are always between 100 - 106 but whenever I go for a lab
test the readings are in the 80's . Why is this different ?
