This is a pretty good diet for Type II's though I must admit to gaining
2 pounds since I added lentils to my diet despite maintaining my daily
exercise program of 10,000 to 12,000 steps.

someone from this group. They said I posted stupid posts. That they made no
sense and that I should stop. They don't you notice people don't pay
attention to you. So I think it's best I stop. You all have been ...
Bag lunch tips? 30 Oct 2005 10:58 GMT10
I've copied many of the tips and recipes from various threads, but one of my
major barriers is the old fashioned bag lunch.  I work in a high stress job
[which I love, BTW] and need energy, protein, etc. I've reduced it to a huge
bowl of fresh spinach with low carb dressing ...

Avandia & weight gain30 Oct 2005 04:12 GMT9
Hi ... My doctor just prescribed Avandia along with the Glocophage XR

Any information is appreciated.
OT?:This is going to be a nightmare30 Oct 2005 03:21 GMT25
Trying to decipher the Part D drug program for medicare.  I've been going
through a bunch of the plans and looking up their online formularies.  It
seems if I pick one plan one drug's not covered and if I pick a different
one then a different drug isn't covered.  Good luck to ...
Why use supplememts at all? 30 Oct 2005 02:23 GMT14
Most of the time I write about all the wonderful nutriments that can be
obtained by eating natural, fresh foods.
So many things that are promoted as supplements to our diets are
unnecessary, if you know just which foods to eat, and in what proportion.

Laser surgery and Abbot Freestyle meters29 Oct 2005 21:15 GMT2
I ought to be an expert on laser surgery after Nov 7. I went to my
urologist this AM and the doctor said I have several other medications
you can try or we can do the greenlight laser surgery and pointed out
the huge area of enlarged prostate that needs to be burned out. Let's
Pargluva - bites the dust ?29 Oct 2005 18:25 GMT1
Looks like Bristol Myers Squibb and Merck may simply drop muraglitazar
(Pargluva) rather than spend another 5 years doing testing on it. If they
spend the 5 years testing it, they will have 5 years less of patent
protection on the product.

Hi honey I'm home29 Oct 2005 17:13 GMT17
Ello all - I'm back.
Dropped out of circulation in April after the changeover between NNTP
providers and it was taking too long to read through the backlog.
Anyway, I am due for an annual review, so I need to refresh my knowledge.
