About two weeks ago I started walking for 1/2 hour right after eating breakfast and 1/2 hour right after eating dinner. This seems to be working well for me, but I was curious to see what I could find on the web as to when it is best to walk, before or after a meal.

This pasta product claims to have 42g of carbohydrates per serving, with 37g of the carbs "controlled" so that only 5 g are digested.

I've posted here recently about meter variance issues, and I've suspected that perhaps altitude (7000 ft.) is an issue. I've checked the literature, and called the manufacturers, and searched online, and found nothing confirming my suspicions.
