Eat Before of after walking?05 Oct 2005 17:14 GMT23
About two weeks ago I started walking for 1/2 hour right after eating
breakfast and 1/2 hour right after eating dinner. This seems to be working

IBS, Impotence, Diabetes05 Oct 2005 00:10 GMT16
Over the past half year my IBS symptoms seem to have really
exacerbated.  Particularly what happens is that when I have a bowel
movement, I can be evacuated, yet I still have the urge to go.  I can
end up in the bathroom several/many times in a half/whole day,
Meter variance with altitude as a variable: some test results. 04 Oct 2005 23:16 GMT6

searched online, and found nothing confirming my suspicions.
