Had my A1C done today and got a 5.3. This is really weird. I was trying pretty hard last time and got a 6.0. After that, I kind of lost it for 3 months, until 2 weeks ago. Now a 5.3! It makes no sense.

I've noticed an odd thing: On days I paint (I'm painting my house) my BG control is not good. My Bg levels creep up throughout the day, often adding 20 points to my normal pre-meal levels. Also, I seem to be more carb sensitive at those meals, and even a very low-carb one
