It seems that some US Army endos at Walter Reed have evidence that
metformin suppresses TSH production without inducing hyperthyroid.
I throw this out for those who may have experienced anomolous TSH levels
and take metformin, or whose doc might have ruled out hypothyroid based

Cinnamon:  An old study (December 2003) but an article just appeared in our
local newspaper.  Not sure why 2 years later or if there has been any
further studies.  After reading the study I've decided to do my own over the
next 30 days.

Does that mean the shot could have made my diabeties worse?  I have been
doing so well and numbers have been really good. I have been working really
hard to keep them low.I'm not sure if I can handle it if my diabeties is
gettting worse because of a dumb shot.

What factors into a Diabetic (type ii) healing from a trauma injury. Took a
hard fall on my elbow area (as in 6 inches of trauma - really bad scrape,

I have a friend who has Type 2 Diabetes. He is in his 30s and weighs
