I am just diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.  I am 37 and feel like I will
not make it to 38.  I am overwhelmed and angry.  I was hoping I could
get some feedback here on what I need to eat.  I take insulin 2 times a
day.  I find I am checking my blood sugars 6-8 times a day.  I am

I once had a neat little programme that let me record all my test
results and prodced a series of graphs or bar charts. Also allowed
recording of other information (diet, medication, appointments and the
