I don't eat bread, things made from grain or starchy foods because they all spike me horribly but this is leading to some potential difficulties with eating certain foods that don't spike me. WTF do I spread Marmite on now?

The best story on vinegar I know is that is suppresses stomach acid. Maybe this slows digestion. I do know it works for reflux. for me. Pickles is the most paltable way to ingest it.

Do bg readings have to be below 120 all the time? What numbers do you really have to worry about? Mine range between 90"s and 107 in the morings. Days in the 80"s or below.
