I'm watching the Little League world series on ABC. The kids from Hawaii just hit 2 home runs consecutively. Those kids are awsome. Last night we watched the other team have one heck of a game against Japan. Good games.

Now I understand what happens in a delayed spike and it's pretty interesting and shows up how sometimes that 1ht+2hr PP tests can give misleading results. Sometimes seemingly safe foods, based on the 0hr - 2hr tests, can be eaten and tested against and several hours later your

| Some Vinegar test results... | 27 Aug 2005 20:11 GMT | 52 |
I've seen some very interesting posts about Vinegar in this group and elsewhere, so I've been using vinegar, on and off, since my first week of treatment. I was also eating pickles as snacks. The claims are that it lowers insulin resistance in IR T-2 diabetics.
