My cholestol figure was 5.8 two months ago. The normal range is
between 3.5 & 5.5 my doctor says. If I couldn't get the figure down he
was going to suggest medication as a solution. I do tests again in a
couple of weeks.

We are continuing to test my wife several times a day. We are getting a
pretty good idea of what her fasting readings normally are (average
102, 1 high of 117). We are, however, having some problems with food.
Primarily breakfast. We have had good readings from eggs/ham/bacon,

I have trouble walking any distance due to the pain from neuropothy.  My
feet are so bad that the pressure of the bed sheets hurts badly at night.
I have been trying to work through the pain walking as much as possible but
I am losing to the pain.  Does anyone have a suggestion on ...

I do blood testing 2hrs after breakfast & lunch, and I know I am not
suppose to eat anything during that time.
Question, does the not-eating prohibition include drinks like coffee
or zero-carbs sodas?

The minor pain that had started in my foot a few months ago blew up into
something that sent me to an orthopedic surgeon. He diagnosed a trapped
nerve in the heel, similar Tarsal Tunnel syndrome (like carpal tunnel
but in the foot.)
