Below is a email I just sent out to a local AM radio station, WIBC
1070am, (http://www.wibc.com) here in Indianapolis, Indiana. It concerns
a statement made by the host, Greg Garrison, about diabetes. You may

I bought some steel cut oats and cooked them up, threw in shome
shredded fat-free cheese and ate a cup.   Two hours later, my BGL is
92.   What the heck is going on?  A 92 post-prandial?   From Oats?

I had my first set back with recent A1c up to 7.5 from mid 6s since
diagnosed with T2 nearly 5 yrs ago. Yes I was fooling myself a little.

diabetics. Its called 'Food File', and its a freeware nutrition database.
