I'm not affiliated with this company at all, but I'm always on the lookout for a snack- Especially when it's frozen and when it's been 100 degrees in NJ! I found the best bars in my local store that don't raise my blood glucose at all and have no fat, etc. I'm watching my

I confess, I ate a brownie today. It was wonderful, until I started spiking from it. The recipe made 8@2" brownies and included a cup of sugar but only 1/4c of flour. I guess the time has come to fork out for "Splenda for Baking" *sigh*

| The Ticking-Clock Hypothesis? | 15 Aug 2005 12:21 GMT | 41 |
I just read carefully one of the San Diego ADA papers presented in June 2005. A good paper (Natural History of the Metabolic Syndrome and Type 2 Diabetes: The Ticking Clock) but could be misinterpreted as the focus was primarily the natural history of Metabolic Syndrome leading to ...

I am T2, having been diagnosed around 4 years ago, and take metformin, novonorm, simvastain and aspirin. My control is pretty good - on Sunday I had a chicken salad with a bread roll and glass of wine, followed by a (very naughty) blackcurrant summer pudding, and 2 hours later I ...

Anybody familiar with the Sleep Sentry? It's a wrist device that signals a hypo when sleeping. Since I live alone, I'd like to have something to wake me up before I get into trouble.
