Had a phone interview with the lady from the Mirror today. Photographer
comes on Thursday :0  I think I mentioned testing in every paragraph, but
had to re-insert it when she summed up at the end, so god knows what she'll
make of it. I could also hear her getting the wrong-ish ...

I'm going in Friday to get more blood drawn to be tested for BG, A1c,
cholesterol and all.
As of Sunday, I've been getting up early and working out (around 6 or
7). I won't be able to get the blood drawn until 9 when my doc's office

Diagnosis A1c was 6.4 on 6/14/05 with a lab standard of 6.1
Recent A1c with same lab on 8/10/05 was 5.8
    At Diagnosis my Lipids were not so good, will get another lipid panel
in Oct.

Someone told me that heavily colored flowers are dangerous to
Diabetics. Is that correct? Most flowers are heavily colored.

I find some super markets carrying the grape seed oil .
It has a great light greenish look but when I go thru
the contents it has more polyunsaturated fats then the mono .
Similarly it has more omega -6 acids then omega-3 .
