I was diagnosed some two years ago as a T2, with some pretty nasty BG

No I haven't. However my friend Mike in Alabama has been marketing it
for several years. He claims that it keeps his blood sugar in check.
When he stops drinking it, he says his blood sugar goes up to around
140 to 150.

I went to my regular MD today for the usual bloodwork etc.  It usually
takes about a week or so to get the results back.  Found out today that
I've lost sensation on the bottoms of my feet.  I don't have my updated
numbers yet but I was wondering if now is the time to start ...

kinda scary that this article is news to the medical community.  No
wonder so many of us aren't totally enamored by our doctors. sigh.

I've been a diabetic for about a year now, and been on injections. my blood
sugars are pretty stable (4.0 - 10), but sometime they do go high.
I just wanted to know what are your views on insulin pumps. Are they worth
the trouble? Are they better than MDI? Can they be dangerous ...

Ok, this is confusing but there are a couple of snack foods that don't
