I was referred to this group by the nice folks over at ASDLC.  My doctor
has not diagnosed me as having diabetes -- in fact I just talked to him
again today and he insists that I just need to keep up the low-fat diet

Today my pain management doctor increased my Neurontin to 1200MG at night
and sent me to rehab for Anodyne Therapy. I have peripheral neuropathy
caused by diabetes.  At night my hands hurt so bad it is hard to get to

    For quick snacks and hunger pangs, I like to eat a small handful of raw
almonds. I've been using the whole raw almonds, but the slivered ones
are cheaper. Do I miss out by not having the seed coating on?
