Hi there ASD, I am going to be doing some walking today. I want to go shopping and looking at houses so Hubby and I can live on our own again. So my day will be tiring but great.

I eat vegetables with lots of fiber and drink lots of water but I found the morning routine taking too much effort. I started wondering about strokes. I've heard this can happen. I tried fiber products but they werent all that great.

I was diagnosed T2 on March 16, 2005. DM because a random BG test was 253 and I had been using the loo 2-3 times a night. My a1c was 11 at that time.

Well today hubby and I went to Sam's for some supplies and I actually walked about 1.5 hours leaning on the cart of course but at least not in the wheelchair this time. Then we went to Walmart for more of the same. Another 1.5 hours of walking.
