Hi there ASD,
I am going to be doing some walking today. I want to go shopping and looking
at houses so Hubby and I can live on our own again. So my day will be tiring

I eat vegetables with lots of fiber and drink lots of water but I found
the morning routine taking too much effort. I started wondering about
strokes. I've heard this can happen. I tried fiber products but they

Well today hubby and I went to Sam's for some supplies and I actually walked
about 1.5 hours leaning on the cart of course but at least not in the
wheelchair this time.
Then we went to Walmart for more of the same. Another 1.5 hours of walking.

Wow, just wanted to share some wonderful news! I stopped in to see my
doctor this morning and 'borrow' their scales. I don't have to make
appointments just to pop in and let the doctor check my little meter
log book--I do this about every two to three weeks. I stepped on the
