Well is the morning after. Just did my first test of the day and it was 6.3 mmol/L ( 113 mg/dL ) but looking at the last week, my first week of testing, it has been as high as 16.8 mmol/L ( 302 mg/dL ) and as low as 5.3 (95) so I can see that it is really out of control.

it's still not covered by my insurance but we are one step closer than we were yesterday a fax went out to all the pharmacies saying that there is a new insulin available........... that means the suppliers have it :-)

Diabetes s a number of conditions with the common symptom of the tendency to present high blood glucose reading. That is the reason you have to be selective

Dinner last night was a beef/carrot/mushroom/onion casserole with curly kale, spinach, and white & purple baby cauliflower. I'd never even seen purple cauli before, much less eaten any, so an hour after eating, I tested: 13.4!! A half-hour's brisk walking brought it down to 6.8, so
