Hi people, Ok, maybe I am being a bit gullible here but there are various reports that a regular daily dose of cinnamon can lower BP, blood glucose, triglyceridas, cure warts, fix international politics etc.

The other day at work I was just about to tuck into a nice cookie when Terry, one of my work mates, walked passed and said 'You can't eat that, you're diabetic' Things like that really annoy me so I thanked her very much for her concern and ate my cookie.

| Question for the Non-Low Carb Eaters | 22 Jun 2004 14:48 GMT | 15 |
I'm wondering if the recent addition of many low carb products in the market has helped you at all, even if you're not eating what would be considered a low carb plan. I'm not talking about the protein bars or the breads etc, but the

| Suppositories - Dangerous? | 22 Jun 2004 01:33 GMT | 45 |
Not a nice subject I know, but since diagnosis in March (t2, d&e), I have been occasionaly suffering from severe constipation, which is extremely unusual for me. I suspect my change in diet may have much to do with it, so am going to try high fibre for any carbs I do have, to

| It is sometimes difficult to be tolerant. | 22 Jun 2004 01:19 GMT | 65 |
I get outraged when I see what these scum of the earth Muslims do to human beings. Problem with the Saudi nuts, is they were brought up and schooled in a government funded "education" program, that teaches nothing but an extreme form of Islam called Wahabism. They are taught
