handicapped exercise technique05 Jan 2004 17:00 GMT1

How Many Units Do You Take (of what)?05 Jan 2004 17:00 GMT11
I've been using pens for a couple of years.  I carry both the Novolog
and Novolog 70/30, and know when and how to use them.  (The adventure
of getting over giving myself a needle is a story for another time
LOL!)  I use anywhere from 4 to 10 units of one or the other depending

Wasted money05 Jan 2004 15:45 GMT7
There is no reason to spend much money on
weight control programs.   MU is very correct

a brain--use it.  If you want entertainment it
Question of Beef [OT]05 Jan 2004 15:40 GMT7
I lost the original thread on this, but I someone asked if there was
less of a threat for Mad Cow disease for kosher meat. There's a
anrticle in the NY Times today in which they state that there is less
of a chance:

Am I unreasonable?05 Jan 2004 05:23 GMT43
At this time of year especially, my house is full of chocolate almost
everywhere you look! Now I am type 2 and I find it increasingly difficult to
resist the odd bit of choc left lieing around...so I ask my wife and four
children not to leave their chocs lieing around. They think I ...
