I'm glad to be back as i now have my routine back. Days of decent readings and eating normally again. I like being off on holiday but I do like getting back to work again, i think if i am off work too long i will become unemployable ;)

As a IPG I don't have near as much experience to talk about diabetes as all of you, but I do have some with exercise. I personally recommend Tai Chi for a safe workout, which you can do in less than 10 sq ft. An exercise bike is kind of boring, treadmills likewise,
