I was diagnosed with type 2 in Jun 03. Did a Hba1C in Sept - 6.9. Did another recently last week - 5.4. I am not on meds but on diet only.

I am feeling smug. Today is the first day, since using a meter, that I have not hit ten in my readings. Fbg: 7.3. Just did last reading before going to bed: 7.5. Lunch 2hpp was 9.8, others were 5s, 7s, and one 8. I know it's still not good enough, but at least I didn't go ...
