Is there any meal I can eat at MacDonalds.  I took my Grandchildren last
night, I had chicken nuggets and chips, with a sweet & sour dip, and it put
mt BG up to 14.   Have I to avoid this in future.  Never eaten there before!

I woke up this morning with "my normal" FBG of 8.1 (146).  I usually take my
meds around 8:00am then wait 30 minutes and then eat a low-carb breaky and
