Why does it sometimes say that a diabetic should not have a sauna. I am not that particular either way but its kind of fun when the weather is cold and after I have had a swim. I don't have any heart, blood pressure, nerve damage, kidney, eye problems.

I haven't seen any indication that low carbers are posting their kidney function tests here. Isn't that very important if you are eating a lot of protein..... and have diabetes?

If you feel ill after cleaning it could very well be what your using. Most household cleaning products and even personal care products contain toxins that will eventually lead to health problems. Even products labeled for babies contain formaldihyde, which is very bad!I
