Many people came out of WW@ where they had been starved.
I think I remember that they had a low incidence of heart disease.
However I have talked to a few and most of therm had chronic
problems that none of us want.   I saw a lot of poor rural people with

I will have family member visiting China and she has been told to have her
doctor write letter documenting the medicines she is taken and also to have
a written prescription for each of her medicines should she lose her meds

Regardless of what you may think of the lowcarb movement, I love the
increasing availability of low carb items and how many folks are becoming
more "carb aware."  It's making it easier to manage this thing.  For
example, I used to have to go to specialty stores to get low carb bread ...
