I had a regular low carb lunch 2 1/2 hours ago.
My BG should be 100 - 110 but when I checked it was 151.

This person Chung and the other one Mu are very mean to people.  They are
a couple and put people down and cause problems.  Why should we believe
any thing they say when they have so poor behavior?  These are just the
kind ofpeople to feel sorry for and to wonder what caused them ...

Doesn't my Glucavance stop my pancreas from producing Insulin or does it
do the opposite and make it produce more to bring bg level down?

Dinner was an experiment: Ground beef, 1/2 cups kidney beans, cheese, salsa

Saw the doc for my labs today.  I stopped the statin last July because of
muscle pain.  We decided to see how it would go for three months.  I had a
rise in the total cholesterol but my triglycerides went down and my HDL went

My Endo. recently changed me from Glucophage XR to regular Glucophage.  And
the way my insurance works, I get the generic if available.  It was
available and I am now taking generic Metformin.  I did take regular
Glucophage before, but the generic wasn't yet available in this ...
