I had a regular low carb lunch 2 1/2 hours ago. My BG should be 100 - 110 but when I checked it was 151. The only thing different is that I have been sipping a Nestea diet lemon iced tea.

This person Chung and the other one Mu are very mean to people. They are a couple and put people down and cause problems. Why should we believe any thing they say when they have so poor behavior? These are just the kind ofpeople to feel sorry for and to wonder what caused them ...
