Anybody had any experiences making their own low-carb bread using a bread maker.
I've tried all kinds of low-carb bread, and they all seem to cause spiking.
I like to sop bread in bean juice and beef drippings.
A recipe would ne nice.

fluctuations of high and low which produces the mean bg number.  This
study shows a1c and mean bg more tightly correlated with better bg ...

off topic01 Oct 2003 20:17 GMT2
I've been noticing that a very high number  of off topic messages are
not labeled as OT.  With the amount of messages there are to read on
this NG it would be nice if this were done, so people don't have to
sort through the other stuff to find info about DIABETES!!!!!!!!!!
