I know that barometric pressure & altitude can affect migraine suffers (like me).  Even when I
take an elevator up or down three or four floors, my ears usually pop, and the state of my
current 'headache' can change drastically.

I have had the flu since Wednesday evening. I've stayed home
from school for 2 days. Thursday I didn't feel much like
eating, and Friday I started throwing up everything I eat.

I test 45 minutes after meals - when my BG usually peaks.  Is 160 too
high?  That's what my highest carb meal yields. Also, for my medium
carb meal (1/2 cup oatmeal + 1/2 cup yogurt + 2 tablespoons peanut
butter) I get BG numbers 45 minutes later ranging from 100 to 140.  Is
