Yesterday I went into a conference room where there had been a meeting and
there were boxes of leftover donuts, pastries, muffins, and rolls.  The

called "health" food stores are useless.

I see a load of folks over in the american groups talking about meals that
contain no more than 35g of carbs ...... does anyone here think that like me
that they'd die if they tried to live on meals of 35g of carbs?

It dawned on me today that it has been over a year since diagnosis and while
I marked the occasion I didn't post an update and check in with the folks
who've helped me so very much.

I have the general idea about starchy foods like pasta, potatoes, beans,
