I stopped in a new grocery store today to check it out. At the very end of one of the frozen food aisles was a sign that said "healthy foods." It just struck me as funny that a store would call *some* of their foods "healthy." What are the rest of the foods...unhealthy? Even ...

Hello, all. Newly diagnosed 25-year-old male here. For reference, 5'11", 235 lbs. I don't know if I'm type 2 or type 1 (I'm presuming type 2 since I'm not taking shots) because I don't see my usual doctor until Monday the 13th - it was the hospital that delivered the diagnosis.
