I spent some time soaking in a hot tub last night. It helped the pain in my lower back, but it made the neuropathy in my feet worse. I had more tingling and pain after the soak than I usually have. This lasted through the night.

I had my first diabetic podiatry appointment today, and it was utter bliss to have my ghastly Kevlar toenails cut properly by someone else. I'll be able to make the transition from sandals to winter shoes now. The podiatrist said that my feet are fine. There is a very slight loss

For those who think I don't listen I have news. The company that supply my Nebulizer breathing treatment machine and meds... now ...also has the diabetic testing strips and said they will be happy to send those to me too along with my breathing treatments.
