I have been havng no problem with oatmeal as it does not spkke me.
Yesterday I decided to have a bowl of rice krispies and strawberries
Before meal I was 103 and at two hours I was 81  There were about thirty
carbs in the portion.  Whats with this  Is it my meds working or that

I'm taking Enalapril, and ACE inhibitor, and I find myself waking in the
middle of the night with a dry cough.  Since I take the Enalapril right
before bed, I'm wondering if things might be helped by splitting the dose
and taking half in the morning.
