I've been reading all this for the last few weeks now, i drink upwards of 3
or 4 cans a day of caffiene free diet coke. Now other things aside, what's
the general consensus on this stuff. If i need to "moderate" my intake then
i will.

imposing Internet access taxes expires on Nov. 1.  The House has already
passed a bill which would make the tax ban permanent and it is before the
Senate now.  Without passage of this act everyone will be taxed ...
