People have mentioned, before, the problem with the restriction of

After switching to my "Equality Diet" 30 days ago my BP has dropped
from 125/80 to 110/65.  I take my BP daily at a supermarket after
lunch.  The two major changes I've made in my diet are 1) eat about
the same number of calories in each meal. (400 calories).  I generally

My latest Coumadin test was 3.8-- very high.  Since that test I have not
found any BG test  up to 110.  Before I was around 110 to  130.  Does anyone
know if  "thinned blood" from coumadin  when tested for BG  have unrealiable

i won't be writing much for a while as havebroken my left upper arm in
three places.  it looksike i will be having surgery to put in a pod and
screws. i cannot use upper case, so please forgive mr.  i will continue to
