So many times patients who have broken their mouth guards, placed by another dentist, call me FRANTICALLY, and tell me they can't stop grinding because their mouth guard is broken and THEY(the patient) must be seen immediately.

I have a friend who went to the dentist and had a tooth pulled. It was the furthest back tooth on the top. After the tooth was pulled, the dentist refused to give him a prescription for pain medicine - told him to take Ibuprofen.

As I checked all cad cam systems have a problems with occlusion and accuracy . However cost a lot so in this situation patients pay more for it ?!! becouse of marketing , good commercials etc
