I had some bad teeth due to dry mouth from meds. Two teeth had broken off down to the gum. A front tooth was "gone" as defined by my dentist, although it seemed fine to me, and the last tooth had a very large cavity.

Tooth #2 is crowned. Tooth #1 was removed many years ago. Many years ago I had pain upon biting on 2 and 3, couldn't really tell but my dentist had me get a night guard and attributed the pain to clenching. I don't have a current night guard. I had some soreness on biting 2
