I had widespread puffy-redness of the lower gums. Got a good cleaning
and a course of amoxy last month and it seemed to clear up. Now it's
back and I also have some weirdness in my left ear: a bit of ringing in
the ear and a feeling like the eustashean tube (spelling?) is clogged

In March 1995, my dentist installed two implants in my lower left jaw. He
put on a single crown, covering both implants.
Trouble is, the crown keeps falling out every year: Twice in 1995, once in

After 6 days there is no difference between my upper and lower teeth.
Psychologically I feel like my teeth are improved, but objective
