Who owns the Records?30 Sep 2007 23:31 GMT19
Who owns the x-rays and other records, patient or dentist?
Patient X may sue Dentist A, requests records to get forensic,

Dentist B).

Back molar, broke small distal part of tooth. Amalgam filing comprises

Patient access to a digital tooth x-ray?29 Sep 2007 21:12 GMT22
Is there any good reason why a dentist would not let the patient have
a digital copy of a digital x-ray?
I have been trying to get my dentist to send it to me, but he seems
reluctant.   When I first asked for a digital copy 4 months ago, he

I would like some advice from a dentist if possible. I have an appointment

I think my dentist is trying to rip us off, and have a few questions
for any pros out there.
The first thing is that I had some deeper pockets in my gums, I got
one full mouth irrigation, and was instructed on a better way to brush

My dentist has recommended removal of a wisdom tooth because of a
presently unsymptomatic crack.  He thought removal made more sense
than a crown.
He indicated his office did this.  I gathered he didn't think this
Dry Socket26 Sep 2007 04:25 GMT4
I had a molar pulled the other day.. I do not know if I have dry socket. I
