One of my first lower molar was broken 1 yr ago. In a few weeks after the tooth was broken, I felt the two teeth next to it were painful and tired. I guess the two teeth were burdened to share the work previously done by the broken molar.

I was just wondering, what is the accepted wear time for 22% carbamide bleaching solution? Thing is, I've read that up to ~15 carbamide is ok for wearing overnight but 22% is 1 hr only. Obviously it is a higher concentration but is that purely to reduce sensitivity? I've read that
