My bottom wisdom tooth is in proper position and aligned with other
teeth very well. It has a big Cavity and sensitive. And part of the
upper second molar rests on it. Should I get it  extracted or do a
filling to save it? Any recommendation?

I visited a dentist here in Thailand with toothache yesterday, and left with
