Burn in mouth08 May 2007 12:33 GMT52
Hi, a few days ago, I bit into something hot and burned the roof of my mouth

Is there any over-the-counter gum recommended to help prevent tooth
decay, gum disease, etc etc..? Or do all of them help equally / not at
