Which unis to get MBBS (UK medical degree) for a qualified dentist?20 Feb 2007 06:37 GMT1
I qualified from Kings College with a merit (BDS). I got a distinction
viva, but didn't get honours. (I am just glad I passed)
I struggled initially with some of the academic work, but did really
well in all clinical disciplines.
David Aimar, Walnut Creek endodontist20 Feb 2007 04:04 GMT5
Aimar destroyed my molar during a root canal by drilling right through
the tooth, creating a perforation. I had to go to another dentist to
repair the damage, which Aimar had not told me about, even though he
knew he had done it.  He agreed to pay for the repair.

been open ever since. Now I am having pain and not sure whether it is

My rear-most molar has a cavity at the gumline, and my dentist

According to him, a filling might cause more problems because
gum tissue does not adhere to fillings. Normally, he would

Toothbrushes17 Feb 2007 07:32 GMT9
I'm having a hard time finding a soft bristle toothbrush.  The ones that I
find in the store are all labeled "soft" or "medium" but when I get them
home I find that they are all relatively stiff.  In my time I've encountered
a smattering of truly soft bristle brushes, Gum brand ...
Question for anyone who's used the Oral-B 7000 series brushes17 Feb 2007 03:15 GMT1
How bright is the blue charging light?  I live in a dorm so I keep my brush
charging in my room, and the last thing I want is a nightlight (which is
what I've heard it referred to as).
My Dentist Burned The Back Of My Throat16 Feb 2007 23:02 GMT2
I had a root canal in my rearmost upper molar, and my dentist irrigated

don't do it during the day...
The dentist didn't seem to be sure that I was, only speculating.
