I'm thinking about buying an electric toothbrush, specifically the
Oral-B Triumph Professional Care 9500DLX Set which is top of the
range. So far I've only used normal brushes, Oral B.
What advice would you give to me on this purchase? Does an electric

hi there! i have a wisdom tooth which has grown a little too much
outward towards my cheek. the tip is a few mm out.
this is making chewing gum and eating tough foods difficult as i am
biting my cheek.

A family member who is a non-smoker has a small white spot
in the left side of the tongue. It's a bit swollen and he says it hurts

About a month ago my lower left jaw started feeling very sore which got
worse over time. Eventually I got an appointment with my dentist and he
recommended a root canal on tooth #19 which had been sensitive for

Should I have my child's cavity filled even with it being a baby tooth, or
could I just wait for her  tooth to fall out and then if her permanent tooth
develops a cavity, then have it filled?  Next appt is this coming Monday.

As I can't afford dental care, and felt the need to see a dentist, I
went to a Dental school in New York. They took a "Panoramiic" view  and
shocked me by saying I had a lot of decay and needed 18 fillings!!!!! I
am a 24 year old college student, and brush 2 times a day, and floss

Here's the deal:
My wife just went to her dentist here, about 3 weeks ago.  She had 2
teeth that were sensitive and so she asked him about them. He said one
needed 2 fillings, which he did.

I had a fracured but painless tooth recently.  I rang the dentists who
asked me if I was in pain .  I said I was not, and an appointment was
fixed for several days time.  When I attended,  he put in a temporary
dressing  and asked me to fix an appointment for the permanent  filling
