Just an informal survey of the newsgroup....
What's your preference for the implant/abutment connection interface...I
prefer an internal one (like nobelreplace) over external (like branemark).

Switching to baking soda?24 Jan 2007 14:49 GMT7
I recently tried brushing my teeth with baking soda, and I'm impressed
as to how much whiter my teeth got - even after one use.  Would it be
safe to use baking soda on a regular basis instead of toothpaste?  I

Let's see, there is Jan, Jan Drew, and Peter Bowditch. Can someone
explain why there is a paucity of posts about dentistry as compared to
the above 3 individuals. I have been trying to figure this out. It seems
that they cross-post to other NG. Maybe they could be courteous ...

Metallic taste in mouth and pain after filling replacement21 Jan 2007 23:55 GMT9
As I stated in another thread (titled "Amalgam Sensitivity"), I was
having pain and a metallic taste in my mouth two weeks after getting a
