I am wondering what this occurrance is when there are these jetlike

I dont expect any definite answers here but I'd be curious if any one
has any ideas whats causing my top left molar to be obstructed so i
cant get my finger round. The bottom jaw seems to be twisted up and
towards the right and away from the side that has the obstruction .

Just wondering if there are any dentists out there that have seen
patients with generalized horizontal bone loss with no gum disease.  My
dentist is at a loss as to how to proceed.  If there is no gum disease
