I had my #15 extracted today. It was very badly broken, with very little
tooth left past the gumline, but the oral surgeon was able to extract it
with forceps and no cutting of the gum and what was left of the tooth
was extracted in one piece. I was billed for an ADA code D7210, ...

So my wife has been diagnosed with Peridontal disease before and had
scaling performed to correct it and today when she goes to the dentist
she's given a regular cleaning and I'm told that it's more expensive
because the dentist has to charge it as it were a non-preventative

of these crowns compared to porcelain and PFM crowns.

About a month ago, my dentist put a temporary crown on one of my teeth
using temporary cement.  He told me it might come off, and to call him
if it did.  Three weeks later, it came off while I was eating ice
cream, so the next day I saw him to get the permanent crown put in.
