Fractured porcelain crown19 Nov 2006 03:20 GMT4
I had two porcelain crowns on my two front upper teeth a couple of months ago.
I went to my dentist this morning for a routine cleaning and he told me there
was a fracture in one of my crowns.  He wants to remove it, put on another
temp. crown, and then replace it with a brand new ...
Advice Needed16 Nov 2006 22:23 GMT3
I need some advice in terms of teeth replacement.  I'm 55 and have most
of my molars missing on the bottom.  I have all the front teeth between
the two canines, and one molar #18.  The molars were removed due to
cavities and not from gum problems.  I would like to replace the
not brush occasionally?16 Nov 2006 21:15 GMT9
I usually brush every day before going to sleep, but perhaps once a
week I don't bother. Would it be safe to increase that non brushing to
twice a week, so say I would brush three days, then not brush one day,
then repeat the sequence? My teeth aren't brilliant and I have lots of
Variable percussion tenderness on RCT and crowned tooth after 5 weeks?16 Nov 2006 21:14 GMT12
I'm completely confused by this, unable to make anything I've read on
the internet really fit.
Lower left molar with large filling and a cusp fracture dating back a
few years, had no money to repair it due to other medical expenses.

Failed root canal--now get extraction, implant, crown?16 Nov 2006 18:09 GMT4
I'm hoping someone has had a similar situation to mine, because I really
don't know what to do.  This all began when I started having pain in a lower
left molar--it's actually a baby tooth that was crowned when I was in high
school (I'm 23 now). I just don't have a permanent tooth ...

So I lose a filling and drag myself into a see a new dentist (I moved recently)
to be told that I need a root canal and a crown for over $2000.00.  I hate
dentists.   I don't know if I can trust any of them and I certainly can not
afford  any of them.

I was using a very generic floss from CVS which has finally ran out
(I'm surprised about how long a box of it lasted.. one of the best

Implants: Funny Sensations15 Nov 2006 21:02 GMT1

bone, from my hip) and this August just gone, have had 7 implants
Billing fo Anterior Surfaces15 Nov 2006 17:24 GMT3
I recently went to my dentist and he billed me for resin fillings-two
