No one maybe able to answer this question since Invisalign is
relatively new.  I was wondering about the long term viability of
Invisalign as a retainer.  More specifically has anyone kept and used
their last mounthpiece and used it as a retainer for a long period?

I could use some information/advice because I sure didn't get any
from my last dentist.  My situation is this.  A few years ago I had to
have a root canal (no posts) and crown placed on #14.  It had a deep
filling through the top of the tooth placed many years before that

I need a periodontist to get a second opinion.  Can someone here give
me some names?  There are not a lot of periodontists listed in the
phone book and they all seem to be part of these big group practices
that make you go through a big deal to get to the specialist.
