I had a new crown fitted to one of my teeth two days ago (the crown
was fitted to a tooth that had a root canal filling about 6 weeks
ago).

I had swelling in the lower left area of the gum and called my general
dentist. The general dentist  referred me to the periodontist over the
phone.

I went to my UK NHS dentist a few weeks ago who identified a badly
decaying wisdom tooth (rear upper on my left hand side) . He asked me
if it had been causing any pain at all, to which I answered no. He
indicated his surprise that it had not been causing pain.

I have a tooth that hurts off and on.  This tooth already has an onlay

I just want inform you that my issues with Dentist #1, were not a
"business" problem. Sure it amounts to dollars and cents, but there are
great differences in the code of ethics that  differentiate a Doctors'
actions from a Plumbers. The same contrast exists between say a

Two weeks ago, I had my left lower wisdom tooth extracted.  (Bill says,
Tooth 17.  Extraction-surgical Erupt tooth.)
Although the tooth was straight and not impacted, it was only partially
out of the gum and had caused me gum infections every two years or so.

A month ago, I had toothache / gum pain and the dentist took x-rays. He
said there were no cavities and sent me to the dental surgeon for
possible wisdom tooth removal. The dental surgeon said it was not
likely a wisdom tooth issue and referred me to the ENT doctor for

Sorry I wasted my time on a serious issue regarding my dental health
problems. It seems  people can utilize these sites for just about

A little over tens years ago, I went to a dentist for a root canal on
an upper molar. She broke a file off in the tooth and recommended that

and then finished up whatever work was left to complete on the root
